Good product with a slippery touch... It is a good product and very well made. The cushion on it also nice. If you are new to Push up bars you might feel a little pain in your hands were you are holding down the bar but it will be only there for the initial few days. So don't let it stop from exercising. The one one thing that is not in favor of this push up bar is the smooth finish it has. It has a metal body which strong but because of its smooth finish, it tends to slip on smooth surfaces like a tile floor. So be careful...
